Question: Are there colleges that accept students that are C avg students, great at taking test, 21 score on ACT?

This is not a dumb kid but nothing seems to motivate him. Dropped out of h.s. and obtained a GED, was in a small community college but was dismissed for breaking rules but says he wants to go to college. Refuses to work...please help me find a school. 21 isn't the best score but not the worst score.

To be entirely honest, I don't think this kid is ready for college. In addition, his major obstacle to being admitted to another school is not his GED nor his grades - it's that he was dismissed for breaking rules. That is going to be an issue. And if he refused to work in high school, and then in community college, is that going to change once he reaches a full college? If you really think that it is going to change if he finds the right college, then good. I will recommend some schools to you. But if you don't think so, then he really needs to go live his life for a while. He needs to join the military, or work full time, and then see what benefits a college degree will bring him. A lot of my current adult students are like him - they weren't motivated to do well when they were younger. They certainly are smart, but they weren't motivated. Now, older, having worked without a college degree for a while, some even having families, they see what a college degree can buy them. And they're amongst my best students. But right now, there are colleges he can look at. He'll need to talk a good game on that application to prove to them that his disciplinary issues are firmly in the past, but if he does so, he stands a shot. I'll suggest a few, just to give you an idea, and I'm purposefully making this list a bit long, because I don't know where he wants to go to school, in terms of region: - The College of Westchester (NY) - Devry (although not regionally accredited, and not a great rep with employers) - Northwest College (WA) - Allen University (SC) - Crichton College (TN) - Arkansas Baptist College - Dickinson State U (ND) - Arkansas State University - Eastern Kentucky U - Northwood U (TX) - Emporia State U (KS) - Baker College (MI) - Bellevue U (NE) - Faulkner U (AL) - Grambling State U (LA) - Birmingham Southern College (AL) - Cascade College (OR) - Chadron State College (NE) - Saint Mary of the Woods College (IN) - Union College (NE) - Gratz College (PA) - Humphreys College (CA) - City U (WA) - Cleveland State U (OH) - Indiana University Bloomington - Kansas State - College of West Virginia - Kentucky State - Columbia College Chicago - Columbus State U (GA) - U Alaska Anchorage - Wilmington College (DE) - Concordia College (MI) - U Kansas - U Nevada Las Vegas

Question: What are some colleges in Arkansas that offer online Bachelor Degrees?

I'm looking to move to Arkansas and am interested in obtaining my Bachelor degree online. I am not interested in arguments about online degrees versus regular degrees or anything like that. Right now, I just need a list of schools that offer four year bachelor degrees online. Note: I am a transferring English major, so I would like to find either the same major or something similar in a potential school. I have been in school for a long time and interested in finishing up, so starting over with a new major is not an option for me. Thanks.
