Between tuition, fees, housing and books, I know of no US universities that would cost you less than $7,000 per year. There are a few unis that are free of tuition, but for books, room and board alone, the costs would exceed $7000 per year. There are a few community colleges in the US that offer bachelors degrees, and community colleges are very inexpensive. I'm not sure if you can get by on just $7000 per year for tuition, books, room and board, though, even at a community college. But you can check Bay Path Community College, Adirondack Community College, and Schenectady Community College. Community Colleges are the least prestigious US colleges. They are solid, but they aren't flashy. They normally only offer associates degrees (which is less than a bachelors), but some of them offer a limited number of bachelors degrees. They are always your least expensive option. Your other option is to apply to a university that costs more than $7000 per year, but which has a history of offering financial support (grants, scholarships and loans) to international students. I'll give you a link to such schools, below: http://www.edupass.org/finaid/undergraduate.phtml It's possible that, if you have financial need, these schools may offer you aid, and help bring their cost down to a more manageable level.
