I want to get a certificate in massage therapy. I love giving massages but want to get a diploma. I liv ein Illinois, near CHicago. (NILES, acyially!) I live in niles

The American Academy of Massage Therapy (AAMT) is located on the northwest side of Chicago and is an Illinois State Board of Education Approved Private Vocational School offering instruction in recognized professional courses of massage therapy. The academy is a member of two professional orgainizations: (AMTA) American Massage Therapy Association and (ABMP) Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. American Academy of Massage Therapy in Chicago offers 24 CONTINUING EDUCATION HOUR CREDITS at affordable prices. For renewal of an Illinois massage therapy license you must complete 24 hours of continuing education every two years starting in 2007. All courses given by NCBMTB-approved providers or by state approved massage schools/programs will meet this requirement. About a dozen massage therapists took advantage of our spring sessions and earned anywhere from 6 to 24 CE hours.
